Can be used to describe accessibility characteristics of an ActualVehicleEquipment, DeckSpace or DeckEntrance.

MobilityImpairedAccess
Useful to generally mark areas as accessible for mobility impaired people. A DeckSpace could be colored or patterned differently on a visual deck plan.
